Something has gone wrong on the research station Aten; something has gotten loose from one of the research departments and has made the station go dark. Firewall, a secret organization tasked with keeping transhumanity safe from existential threats, decides to send a makeshift team to investigate. Things go extremely poorly.
Surprise! It's the final session of Set a Thief! The gang has found out who's framed them: a mysterious organization called Firewall; unfortunately no one knows who the hell they are, so they have to instead check in on their only lead, a paramilitary group. Things are going well until Firewall shows up, then things go immediately not well.
Now with fixed audio! The gang lands on Extropia and things immediately go to shit! They're able to track down Badger, who's holed up in the Silver Mosquito Pub with some techno-primitivists. One chase (and an impromptu shooting) later and things only get worse for them and Badger.
The gang continues their efforts to take over Pilsner City by disrupting the Miller Bud Lite Time Brewing Company. Their plan? Fist fight its CEO Ricardo Douglas, steal his body, and make it say how great unions are. Also Ricardo looks like a very, very red Alex Jones.
The new owners of Grey Goose go on the offensive in order to draw in business; the target is the ever changing Millerweiser Bud Time, the crown jewel of Pilsner City. How do they do this? Poorly! Also Julia is ill and constantly trying not to be ill on mic! Exciting!
The criminals decide its time to leave Olympus City and pick the small Martian town of Pilsner as their new base of operations, from which they plan to build a mighty cartel that will shake the foundations of the Consortium. Just who is the mysterious Trever Boat Emoji?
With the heat on, the gang is ready to blow Olympus but to do that they need some money; thankfully, this is exactly a situation where crime can save them! A daring drug deal and a heist to steal from media darling and entrepreneur extraordinaire Elena Musk-Grime's personal collection are sure to set them up nicely and not make the space cops want to arrest them even more!
The gang, fresh from their adventure on the Stars Our Destination, prepare to make the exchange with Dr. Simic; unfortunately, it doesn't go exactly as planned and they find themselves beating a hasty retreat. They also discover exactly what the mechanical birds do and possibly set themselves up to make a fortune (also maybe destroy Mars).
The criminals decide to set about scraping the stacks they collected for data; for this they turn to Dr. Simic, a strange psychosurgeon for hire. He promises to get them all the data they could want, if they simply retrieve some strange mechanical birds from the wreck of a cargo ship in orbit around Mars. What follows is a series of amazing failures.
